Final Fantasy Buster Sword & Armor Build

Although I know nothing about Final Fantasy, I was asked to create a sword from this world, the Buster Sword.
This was a fun build regardless, and I learned a lot as usual.
Materials used were wood, metal (bolts etc,), and foam.
